Edwardian Lady Part 1: Block Out
Thank You to character designer Celia Kaspar for granting me permission to make this model.
I am posting to document the creation of this character from start to finish. I will be using different programs for this project, and I plan on using one I haven’t before to make the clothing of the character.
The first step is to analyze the concept art. I outlined the basic shapes of the body, including some guesswork for the legs and feet. After finagling the proportions of the outlines, I got to work blocking out the character in ZBrush. This part of the character creation process is fun and quick.
